Please let us do lower difficulty strikes solo!
We can solo GMs and dungeons and raid encounters but not the easiest strikes in the game? I'm trying to do a solo legendary campaign and now I need to do the lightblade strike but keep getting teamed up with speed runners who can't let me just enjoy the game. Please let me do stuff like this solo without these clowns.

2 RepliesYou're always going to get speedrunners because 75% of those doing strikes juts want the pinnacle and hate strikes hence why they leave and rejoin or run past everything to the boss.

2 RepliesPlay with your clan with people you know. I’m sure they would gladly sit back and let you do all the work. Most people speed run the strikes as they just want the pinnacles. It takes 5mins on speed run and 30mins to shoot your way through. I know which one I would choose.

No, keep the difficulty the same, just let us solo load a strike. Not having to wait for teammates. Strikes are not difficult period and half the time im the one destroying everything anyway while my teammates catch up because….. A) seen the strike 200+ times B) already appreciated the level design and encounters C) the only strikes worth doing were the ones with good music to match the atmosphere Sincerely a PvP main that probably has more d1 taniks specific strikes for the music, and cloaks. Sure I can que it up on youtube, but im playing the game. Also we NEED to be able to que a tracklist while playing trials or survival or whatever. D2: Witch Queen Insurrection theme has been the best heavy ramp up baseline theme since Bow to No One

I do agree and they need to scale the difficulty to the number of players, whilst offering player-selected extra difficulties. They do do this for the first time in the Legendary Campaign. They need to roll this out, particularly for GMs and other higher NFOs, Dungeons, some harder quest activities etc. Players shouldn't be facing a far, far harder task - for some impossible - only to get the same rewards as a far, far easier and quicker task. As far as strikes, they presumably don't want to do this as to split population. Difficulty isn't really an issue here, although scaling should be the gold standard. The issue isn't a simple as speedrunners are 'clowns' of course but that experienced players, like many here with 1000+ hours, simply have different priorities. The bounty system in particular can effectively pit players against each other (as in Gambit too). Some just want to complete the activities that they've done over and over ASAP. Others just need to take their time to get 20 precision bow kills. Others want to win, in eg Gambit. Others want to take their time and enjoy it for its own sake. I know I left multiple new strikes when I wanted to experience them like a movie without some wanting to skip ahead. They should allow it and not just force us to switch off the now effectively mandatory Crossplay to do so. Also scale the game appropriately, more widely.

11 RepliesIf you can't solo a strike, then you are a really bad player. I have literally soloed every strike in the game with middle tree solar knives with Ophida spathe. Just knives, no fist, nor guns.

1 ReplyOP: I concur! 👍 FWIW: currently, if you adjust the date/time settings on Console (PS) then launch a Strike, chances are - it’ll be just you by yourself; however, one can spend too much time fiddling around with finding an ‘empty’ date slot, that it makes me not bother… Therefore, I agree - we should have OPTIONAL team / solo choices for Strikes, and just about everything else!! It’s a win:win for all, whatever way one wants to play! Cheers! MDGA 👈

Ok, yes... maybe it should be an option in the game but considering how simple it is to make it happen then those who know how and STILL complain about it not being in the game are doing nothing but being obnoxious.

You can run solo. Other people have commented the method you should give it a try if u really wanna solo those strikes lol
