Doesn’t head stone actually just take away a perk you can actually use instead of looking at well just a heads stone?

It’s useful with stasis builds since it creates a stasis crystal

Depends on your stasis builds. It can be REALLY good.

I used to not see the point in it, but it's actually very good. The crystal you create works with sun class perks that interact with stasis crystals and also when you shoot it, it explodes, damaging enemies near it.
