On the off-chance that someone from Bungie actually sees this: We've had two updates/hotfixes since New Year's Day, including the one that prevented New Lights from being auto-launched into Dares (which was an entirely necessary thing to prioritize first, I get it). However, there is no mention in either hotfix post of: 1) Fixing the UI/UX in menus. Right now, navigating between character menus (e.g. guns, armor, cosmetics, etc.) is an absolute slog. Sometimes it takes 10-20 seconds just to load up a gun so you can infuse it or look at its perks. This is completely unacceptable and has been going on ever since the 30th Anniversary drop--I'd never had a problem like this before that. 2) Fixing the endless crashing on PSN. I've crashed out of the game doing literally every activity now, from dungeons to Gambit to strikes to just goofing around in the overworld. Other posts on this forum make it clear that this is happening to a LOT of people. Hell, I've won a few Gambit matches in the first few seconds because the entire other team crashed out. How has this not been addressed yet? It's gotten to the point where I don't see a reason to play, since I'll just crash out anyway. Bungie: These are serious issues that are preventing a large subset of your players from literally playing, let alone enjoying, the game. I recall in a recent TWAB (from before Christmas) that you were "looking into" these issues, but these should have been a top priority--I'm not a game dev, and have no experience in this industry, and even I know that's a no-brainer. I love this game and want to continue enjoying it, but right now I just can't. Please fix these problems.
