[BNG] Twitch Bounty/Emblem/Shader Issues
We're investigating various Twitch Extension issues:
[quote]1. The new Dreissigste emblem doesn't appear in Collections
2. Players missing the Watcher's Shade shader will be granted it in January
3. Gifting anonymously will not count progress
4. If you do not see progress when gifting subs, please refresh the page
5. Progress won't count for streamers who gift subs to their own streams.[/quote]
Support for these and other Twitch issues will be limited until mid-late January at the earliest.

So the issue continues. There is a new bounty emblem called “Long Live The Queen” and the same issue happened. I gifted 2 subs on 2.25.22 and no bounty popped. I filled out the form again (twice now) and I’m hoping that I hear something back. I use Firefox browser and gifted two people directly on CBGray’s stream

Holy cow that response was quick. Bungie Support got back to me about an hour ago and said that the emblem was at Amanda

Like other's here. I've gifted 2 or more subs, some on different channels and received no progress on the Twitch bounty. I even disconnected my link to Bungie and Twitch, reconnected it, and tried again. No sub gift anonymously. 4 total through 3 separate transactions were gifted to TravelDanielle on 2/18/22 1 total was gifted to themavshow on 2/18/22 1 total was gifted to REDQU33N on 2/19/22 Twitch invoices are available at request. I would like to have this emblem but I cannot risk gifting additional sub if I cannot guarantee progress being recognized by the extension. And yes, I did refresh the page more than a few times.

Immediately after I subscribed, I was told that subscription rewards are not available. But how was I to know about it? Technical problem ? I want the "Dreissigste" emblem, but today is the last day. Gave 2 non-anonymous subs to 2 separate streamers and no progress, I waited for about 30-40 minutes and nothing has changed, tried to refresh the page few times. Subs appear on sub giving page and appeared on stream while extension was opened. I used PC browser version of Twitch. No rewards in the game (neither in the collection, nor Amanda). I hope I'm still able to get Dreissigste emblem and shaders :( Thank you!

I've been able to complete the Trials bounty before so the Twitch/Bungie connection was working for me (at least on that front). I know Bungie has a lot on their plate right now since WQ launch is right around the corner, but since a new emblem is coming with it, I hope there's some movement regarding this problem. Thanks! UPDATE: The Bungie folks were able to fix this issue after submitting the form. Thanks again.

It’s sad that others abused the ticket system and caused us that have a legitimate issue to either have to wait or miss out. But why bother even saying anything cause no one has remorse. Thanks for being selfish

I gifted two subs to a valid creator who has an active connection to the extension, however, the extension failed to update that my bounty had completed- and Amanda had nothing to give. No amount of refreshing or granting permissions has fixed this issue. I'm willing to send proof of my receipts, my account credentials, and whatever else may be needed to fix this issue.

I gifted 2 subs and it took a little bit but it did show on the overlay on twitch that it acknowledged the 2 subs. Went onto destiny went to Amanda, got the Shader and the Emblem, but she still has the icon saying that I need to collect something. I saw that there should be 3 shaders, not just one? Nothing is showing up from here, and I have went of and on Destiny many times over the last 2 days, and still shows up. nothing to collect from here just the icon

I have the invoices as well. If need be I can also provide my paypal reciepts. 3 different pairs of gift subs in 3 different extension enabled streams on 3 different days, twice in my browser and once using the desktop app, 0 error codes, 0 rewards. Sigh. I still hope I get it eventually but I REALLY hope after the new emblem rolls out this isn't still a problem.

When will ticket creation begin? I had an issue with twitch bounties and after 3 subs i still see no progress. I have receipts / proof of purchase. Please let me know. I would love to get my emblem.

I gifted 2 subs multiple times and still no progress on the bounty. I gifted 1 at a time and still nothing. Unlinked my account an re-register an nothing.

Still no ticket creation yet they’ve announced in the twab to collect your rewards in game before the launch of witch queen, is this going to be fixed before then so we can claim our rewards?

I want to make a Ticket for my situation but it says that they are turned off until Mid January ... we are the 6TH of February and i still can't i know they said on top that they are investigating issues like mine is at NO.5 do we have any updates or ETA ?
