No no it is. Kill clip gives you a 33% damage buff for 4.5 seconds. Multikill clip 50% at 3 kills for a short duration. Mythoclast at max stack gives 62% damage until you die or use it up. It is op

Um. Mytho is 20% for ~3 seconds after a kill. It doesn't stay while you've got stacks.
