Vex needs a nerf.
Oh look, a linear fusion rifle that takes primary ammo. Who the F green light that idea?!?
Needs to take special ammo. Full stop.

It requires 2 kills per life. I think 98% of D2 players can’t do that.

It takes two kills to activate the linear mode. You can use a special linear fusion right off of spawn, and you can get more ammo from kills
