How do you come around to being a ninja in these forms? Do just reply and help people or do you have to be picked? I would like to know

The process is different from when I first joined B.net I remember those Ninjas. Man I was an idiot. To second what was said already, honestly you can just be helpful on the forums and show good judgement. That's all you can do on your end. On our end we go through the G6 Classified way of selection. Oh and btw I joined in 2009 I became a ninja in 2019.
