Bungie please there has to be a way you can fix this where i can still use my reload mods while using both champion mod slots. I hate using weapons with slow reload times in higher end content and no way to slap a reload mod on because both barrier slots are being used. Also why cant we just unlock everything in the artifact at this point its not like we can equip everything at the same time anyways.

6 RepliesChamp mods should be on our ghost.
-
They need to make the artifact so that you can unlock everything but pay small amounts of glimmer to turn on and off a number of mods, more like 8 at most
-
9 RepliesThey could either remove the mod slotting for champs and using an AR will automatically give you barrier and so on, so no needing to mod our gear it just works as long as you have that weapon equipped. Or they can make the champion mods go into our weapons. So equip your weapon and instead of backup mag or targeting mod, you now can put champion mods. Idk why alot of what bungie makes has to have heavy restrictions. In my opinion once you unlocked the mods it should just automatically work as long as you have the correct weapon equipped to get the barrier effect or overloads and so on. On side note. We should be able to unlock all mods over time, and if they wanna do this reset artifact , then remove the damn glimmer so we can mess with builds and try out different mods, this price increase on each artifact is by far 1 of their bad choices

3 RepliesI hate that these champion barrier mods are limited to 2 weapons.
-
Add a Champion Mod slot?
-
I agree. Here’s the solution for it. Once you unlock the mod for the champion then it automatically goes to that weapon type. For example you unlock the unstoppable pulse rifle mod all pulse rifles you use will have it. That way we can use our other mods we want to use
-
I agree. In the meantime, I use reload abilities or exotics with reload perks.
-
19 RepliesThe game didn't need champions they added them to promote the use of crap weapons in pve. I mean really who the f would use a handcannon outside of the crucible?
-
4 RepliesGot it #PleaseMakeThisGameEasierForMe
-
We need seperate champion mod slots for arms....same as the raid slots.
-
3 RepliesHere we go. As soon as bungie caved to the mobility mod they opened the flood gates. Bungie needs to learn to say NO and if people dont like it to bad. They actually did it for a short period and i was pleased.
-
2 RepliesTbh, these shouldn’t be seasonal mods. They should be in your ghost
-
Try the loader mods in boots
-
Trueeeee champion mods take up too much space. Like why lol
-
4 RepliesWait, okay, I'm confused. Why is barrier taking up both your mod slots? It's one, single mod, and it doesn't stack, so why and how is it taking both? Throw on 1 barrier mod, 1 loader mod. You don't have to use 2 barrier weapons, and I can't imagine why you would anyways.
-
It's better than sacrificing weapon mods which boost damage. My only problem is the cost for special weapon mods like unstoppable fusion or unstoppable gl.
-
Someone mentioned in another post. Champion mods should be on the ghost… I agree!!!
-
If they would have actually allowed exotics to slot champion mods, there would not be a problem. But of course they didn't.

6 RepliesEdited by 123TheCloop: 9/8/2021 5:27:36 PMhere is an idea, why are champ mods not just automatically applied when you unlock them..... just use the -blam!- artefact "slots" when you unlock them. I dont care if they limit us to 2 or 3 champ mods instead of all 5 being unlocked, having to give up any slot for +6 mods is beyond -blam!- dumb and in case of this season is made even worse when you cannot run overload sword with unstoppable fusion/linears. so your forced to run shitty sidearms/pulse rifles to get unstoppable function if you decide to run a sword...... or you gimp yourself even more by running 1 of the 3 weapons with intrinsic unstoppable (and one of them is a -blam!- sidearm lmao and the other is a bow in the heavy slot lol) Just let us use them when they are unlocked period (no slotting mods required)
-
Do you really think you can use an auto in GM? You are going to have a hard time. Best thing is to use Erianna's Vow. At least it will break the shield. If you are feeling confident with a sword use Lament.
-
3 RepliesThe champion mods should always be passively active once you unlock them on the artifact.
-
100%!
-
Essentially the only way to bypass this is to use a weapon that has an intrinsic anti champion perk. Auto loading holster and the new holster armor mods also assist.
-
1 ReplyBungies solution: 'Makes champion mods available for all armor pieces, but increases cost to 10 each and then makes reload cost 10 as well just because we are listening to your feedback'
-
So use 1 champion mod and a exotic that intrinsically has it for the other. Adjust your build. It's not hard to do.
-
So alter your build. It's kind of the reason for it all.
