Before we discuss who we are, it’s important to note that we are currently an all Xbox One clan, until cross play goes live next season. [u]WHO WE ARE[/u] Tutelage clan is a friendly, welcoming, and mature group of Guardians who believe in lifting each other up, and prioritizing an environment of fun, friendly interactions, and safety. We are a clan that maintains zero tolerance for bullying, toxicity, or discrimination of any sort. We are a mix of veteran D1 Guardians, D2 Guardians, as well as New Light Guardians, and are willing and able to run any and all content the game has to offer. We are also a clan that loves teaching content to fellow Light Bearers, and will never turn away Guardians based on their game experience. We believe that kindness, integrity, and respect are paramount in setting a better example than those who use this online gaming community as a way to belittle, bully, or harass others. We would love to have you join us as we grow Tutelage into a resilient, and enduring clan family! [u]EXPECTATIONS[/u] Tutelage recognizes that we all have personal lives. Jobs, children, social hobbies, etc. As such, our clan expectations are simple, and easy to meet! We do NOT require a certain KD or number of raid completions. Our expectations revolve around maintaining the environment outlined in the previous section, as well as maintaining a roster of active players. Below you’ll find a list of our core clan expectations: -Be respectful, welcoming, and helpful to other clan members. No toxicity allowed! -Maintain active Destiny gameplay each week, and communicate via Discord if life prevents you from doing so. -Utilize Discord to communicate with fellow clan members and organize events. Additionally, no profanity is allowed in the Discord. -Do NOT cheat in any capacity. Cheating is not tolerated here! -Be willing to teach and guide Guardians with less experience than you. -Have a working headset for party chats [u]BECOMING A CLAN MEMBER[/u] Tutelage is a clan that takes having a respectful, and welcoming environment very seriously. We also take our members welfare and safety very seriously. As such, we have a system in place to bring wonderful new Guardians into the clan, while mitigating the risk of toxicity within our ranks. The process is simple, and involves scheduling time for you to play with the clan founder and / or admins personally. We’ll meet you in game to ensure you meet the core clan expectations (friendly, working headset, Discord, etc). This is in no way intended to be a ‘tryout’ or ‘interview’, but rather a way for us to ensure that our clan climate is maintained. The time you’ll spend with the founder and admins will also allow us to introduce ourselves to you, and to ensure that you are properly integrated into the clan!
