Loadouts...
Dear Bungie....
We need a loadout system. Every game out has 1 except you! I'm tired of having to wait for others and change mods myself during raids and making it cost glimmer to do so....

14 RepliesIf monster hunter world can give me 50 pages of loadouts with different gems and weapons and armors pigments layered sets all shared and swapped between them, then Destiny should be able to do it too.

I completely agree, not sure how Destiny can be a AAA title and one of the most popular/well known shooters out there and not have custom saved loadouts. Best case scenario, ineptitude. Worse case, ambivalence.

I suggested this along time ago but it required getting rid of the emotes or simply making it alittle more complex to access them on the fly. But no. If someone can’t easily access the wheel in the middle of a pvp match to emote and pretend there good then how will they ever be able to play again. So just get that out of your mind cause it won’t ever happen as long as pvp is part of the game. Not saying get rid of it. Even though that’s what needs to happen till the game can be balanced for pvp play. But the pvp community won’t let the loadout idea happen.

1 ReplyEven SWTOR is doing loadouts now. Not having this feature in D2 is insane. Knowing Bungie they will add some convoluted quest line that involves 10 different brand new currencies and RNG when this finally arrives. BUNGIE... this is an easy win. Just add one damn feature to the game without all of the intentionally over complicated nonsense.

3 RepliesOr just remove the cost to slot mods. I can't begin to say how many times I change mods around each day. The cost adds up quick. No reason it needs to cost glimmer to do this.

Loadouts are something the Monkey's Paw outcome is so easy to see. They'd do it like the third-party apps, which just change equipped items. It's as much as the API allows If you want to really switch mods on the fly, you're gonna need more armor. Maybe then Vault Space requesters will get less derogatory level hate.

Dear Bungie, F' em harder, add mats to changing out mods. Also go find some Barbie game and make sure that they have a weapon load out system, EVERY game has one; if they don't, make sure you post on their forums. Oh, changing out the mods feels too fast, I think you should have to long press (~5 secs), a confirmation screen comes up but has a captcha (gotta make sure you ain't a bot) but the captcha is a series of button presses that blink across the screen so fast that everyone fails...thus mods no longer become the issue, just this new system, together we can keep the forums full of -blam!-.
