New AMD Radeon Driver
Supposed to improve PC frame rates - but completely trashed mine. Dropped from 200+ to 11 to 50 FPS.

Did you completely clear the installed driver before installing the new ones? You can either use AMD's own Cleanup Utility or DDU.

4 RepliesSeveral people have mentioned that it may take a few games for the shader cache to fully rebuild itself, so it may be poor/laggy until that’s done.

Nothing changed for me. Went from 21.0.1 to new drivers and it dumpstered my framerate as well. No significant change, just stayed the same. The problem still isn't fixed, whatever it is.
