I don't know if it's just me, but I've been seeing less stasis in crucible, bear in mind that it is still being used nonetheless. Though PvP was more bearable than it was before, even though there are still some weapons and archetypes that still need a fix. Every time I've played against a stasis user, they've either had a very low KD in match, or they've gone straight negative. It just shows how much people have become reliant on stasis ever since it arrived. To see crutches go negative is truly a satisfying feeling and sensation. Thanks, Bungie. You may have made Crucible shit, but this is just a step forwards towards the right direction. Hopefully you make some good changes in the future also.

1 ReplyNow stasis has been nerfed, can’t wait for shotguns to be next. :’)
-
Irrelevant until they fix the broken lobby balancing algorithm.
-
2 RepliesStasis is now officially useless. Congrats. Now all you're going to see is Dawnblade, Spectral Blades, 140 handcannons and shotguns. I'm going to call it: 1 month and the crucibabies are back in here crying about how boring the meta is. It'll be great. Because that's all the crucibabies do ......Cry.

1 ReplyIf all you wanted was less stasis in crucible why not just ban the subclass in PvP? Yeah it’s popular, it’s almost like everyone spent $100 on an expansion that came with a new subclass. It’s like we haven’t had any new ones since Forsaken or something.

28 RepliesYou'll be back in a week crying about the next thing you don't like that keeps killing you. speaking of crutches(stomp-55s) you know we can inspect you, right?
-
Meh I enjoyed using stasis as a titan sniper main, if for nothing else but to be able to use howl of the storm against shotgun users. I always liked sentinel better so I guess I'll just go back to that

And now we can get back to wondering why the pvp servers are powered by hamster wheels. The last couple weeks has been so terrible. People on both teams just teleporting everywhere. Dying from shots you put out 5 seconds ago. Matches being black screen for up to 45 seconds before starting as Bungies servers try to decipher the smoke signals being sent in to update game data by users living in countries that still run off dialup infrastructure.

I jumped into crucible tonight and boy was I disappointed so much lag so man special weapons running around. People are now just doubling down even harder on special weapons now.
-
Seems like they pretty much nerfed it into the ground. Granted there were some outliers but in totality they reigned it in way to much. I think my main issues is the change to whisper of hedrons and how it just became completely useless in PvE.

Need aspects and fragments for light classes now it’s called balancing bungo not straight nerfing

2 RepliesEvery match I played yesterday was against teams, playing as if it was a esports championship. Bungie's match making is so garbage that they put 3 teams of 2 against 6 randoms. I haven't noticed any improvement.

1 ReplyYep, complain every new and awesome thing into oblivion so only hc, snipers and shotguns are left. No abilities. Just sweaty, hard staring and red-faced trying with the same meta for years. Yes, let's complain pvp into blandness! OMFG! I live for the nerfs!!!!
-
1 ReplyI predict "PvP gods" will cry about Top Dawnblade and how broken it is. Ive seen even some "old pros" comebacks, with their mindbenders xD But some dudes still bag me, when I kill them with my Shadebinder, because I am the "noob" and can shot down a ult with my own. Its not their braindead usage of ult, stasis is op. I gonna say it again, Stasis was the least issue for PvP. A better MM (SBMM imo), and new maps or more bigger maps are needed.

being freeze in pvp will not work even in a thousand years.
-
Yep, agreed, I've been getting games where people would only use light subclasses. I love when a behemoth is trying to get toward me with their melee, then I kill em with a duality etc and bag them.
-
I’ve seen less stasis as well. Another thing I’ve noticed is more weapon verity oddly enough. It’s almost like after the nerf crucible lighten up a bit and people don’t feel the need to run the meta builds. Of course this is all anecdotal and no way of telling if this is true.
-
3 RepliesI've seen less Stasis. I've also seen somehow even more Special Weapon spam and scummy tactics as well. Lots more still to nerf. That's for damn sure.
-
3 RepliesI definitely saw a lot less Stasis lately after the Hotfix. Now Hunters are using Spectral Blades and Golden Guns, rarely Revenant now.
-
6 RepliesEdited by l Xemnas: 6/4/2021 11:31:28 PMNever cared for stasis on hunter or warlock, but i still fully intend to use behemoth. Nothing beats that little rush i get when you boop someone into a wall/off the map.

Had some fun in pvp last night

1 ReplyNo shit removing a broken meta made the game better
-
I feel like shotgunning is easier and increased after the nerf. I think you will see more aggressive play styles since stasis isnt as strong.
-
There was some improvement, but the nerfs are still insufficient. At least I earned one Lights Out medal while playing Sunbreaker.

Yer a hunter huh
