Drop rates for Nightfall Legendary Weapons are frustratingly low...
See title. In my opinion the drop rates for those weapons could use a little boost across the board.
I get more exotics than NF-Legendaries...
Pls buff the rates slightly!
(Yes I have the ghost mod with double legendaries on!)
P.S.: to all the toxic haters assuming I only run matchmade NF...
I did mainly 3010s and a few 2080s while waiting on my team.
Not doing the 1340 because I simply don't enjoy it. I am not asking to be handed 10 per run, but let s say every 5 runs or so should net you at least 1 weapon for the time invested. Kinda implement a safety net so that your playtime is respected (increased chance the more you repeat the same activity in a row?)
Edit: did lots of 1340s and the droprate there is fine. To everyone afraid of them, they are not as bad if your 1320+

No, it's not. I Have not even done the Nightfall this week and I woke up with 7 fusion rifles in my postmaster. I also drink alot.

Wait for grandmasters it is not hard you just need to take a smart a safe approach everybody and all of them this season are pretty easy maybe some struggle in is glass way but eríjanlas is your best friend

2 RepliesPerhaps if the Destiny community had a brain they would realize speedrunning nightfalls is pointless now, getting a 100k score is more important then the time... It increased drop chances. At least in my personal experience, but ive only played since D1 beta so what do i know.

Well I mostly run legendary or heroic and I always get some of that weapons within 1-5 runs. More annoying that they have mostly crappy perk combos.

I've ran the Heroic today with the supposed "double" rewards today a dozen times or so. Not ONE Fusion Rifle. I honestly wish they would just take out the Nightfall weapons from Adept and Herioc.(They don't drop anyways! "Uncommon" my ass!) Instead add Matchmaking for Legendary, as currently it serves little purpose. Premade groups will be farming Master Nightfalls anyways.

You'd think with random rolls, the drops at higher runs have better chance of dropping more often. Cuz who knows how many runs you need to get the rolls you need. After 4hrs NF runs for palindrome and only walked away with 2! That had similisr rolls except one 1 range masterwork and the other handling. But perk wise it was identical. That's when I realized eff NF lol

1 ReplyThe ghost mod that allows you more legendary drops in nightfalls/strikes (can’t remember) makes nightfall weapons drop more often from what I was told.

The ghost mod doesn't work on nf exclusives anyway, so it doesn't matter, but yes the drop rates are horrendous.
