Actually curious
Edit: I think because of the lethality of the base freeze and slow abilities are what make it so strong(annoying) in pvp right now. I’m curious to see what will happen on Thursday

You walk away. It’s just like any one-and-done super... if you’re the target, RIP! If you aren’t, you’re probably fine.
-
Literally just walk away, unless you're getting specifically targeted and getting solo'd by it you just walk away it's a very bad super
-
Top Tier Dawn - Evade the pain away!
-
Have you tried walking away?

3 RepliesMiddle Tree Arc Strider. Block it and it will bounce back to track enemies I think.

A: Stay far away. Good luck doing so with our current rotation of tiny and/or enclosed maps. B: Reflect the thrown blades with the Middle Tree Arcstider. Only works if they're thrown from far enough away that you have time to react, pop your super, and reflect it. Also, only works when the projectiles are thrown directly at you. C: Run away. Most feasible option, if you weren't the initial target.
-
Keep your distance. Team shoot. Run. Worst part is it has freeze AOE when cast and I think that should be removed since they can slide -> shotgun -> miss -> press F for panic -> win.
-
2 RepliesIf you're hit with it, any other solo super wouldve killed you. If you're not, run away from it, the tornado is very very slow.
-
You can pop your super while frozen, you can throw it back too with mid arc staff
-
-
2 RepliesYou don’t. That’s why it’ll still be meta after the nerfs.

1 ReplyEdited by AUTOMATIK 2006: 6/1/2021 4:55:45 AMI just keep shooting and hope for a trade before the little sickle thing hits me. It's the Warlock Stasis Super I'm trying to figure out how to counter.
-
2 RepliesIf they only hit you with silence and not squall popping your own super immediately breaks free and you can make a quick getaway. Ive even popped certain supers straight after silence hits but before squall and killed them before I die aswell

Edited by Ghostfire239: 6/1/2021 5:41:31 AMIt’s a one and done super. You don’t really counter one and done supers. The best you can do against one and done supers is keep shooting and hope that they activate it late enough for you to either kill them or trade. There is no actual counter to one and done supers (Except top tree Nova Bomb IF they throw it from a far distance). No if you don’t get hit with the initial freeze AoE, then you can just run/walk from the tornado since it is incredibly slow on its own.
