Quest aren't completing correctly and/or will not clear out correctly after completion. Exotic items granted, but not in inventory (items noted above) Recently, exotic catalyst or weapon have to be performed multiple times -this has been happening since Forsaken- and NOT awarded. Same quest comes back up and has to be performed again.

Yeap, did that and five vendors keep blinking. Repeated power down step and checked for updates. Still five vendors blinking and loom doesn't accept item. Old legendary weapons cleared out of inventory and not able to get legendary weapons back Weird for Xbox One. Might have to upgrade if this gets any worse.
