Anyone else experiencing this, Neither the hand cannon or pulse ones work on either of my three characters. I have also tried several different pieces of armor and no change. The class item mod that allows solar melee's to stun works as well as the exotic that comes with unstoppable rounds. Again tried different armor items different weapons within those two types as well as primary and energy slot weapons and no change
