No you wont get banned. Bungie is within their right to ban you but bungie has never banned anyone for using strike packs/cmax/czen.
Pretty sure the fps gaming industry will clamp down on those mods in the near future because the mods are starting to get pretty good but for now theres very little risk in getting banned.
