Seems like the new warlock exotic chest bonus doesn't work with devour bonus, at least I tried with bottom and upper void trees. With upper everything is ok bonus activates and ultimate accumulates fast, but with bottom, when you get the devour bonus, it doesn't activate the chest bonus and you slowly get the ultimate. Is it intend to be or bug?
