You still have no mods equipped that use the charge. Your only mods are to get you charged initially or give extra charges.

Yes your right. I'll look at it again. In this video I dont have the high energy fire like I wanted. May just be a duh moment but I thought I had high energy fire at one point and it still wasnt working but I'll double check
