I just finished my first run of the Presage mission, stole the gun at the end, waited for Osiris to tell me to go back to the tower and got my triumph for completion. When I return to the tower, Zavala doesn’t offer the Dead Man’s Tale. I logged out and back in again, tried going to a different destination and back again and even restarted the game. Still no weapon.
