HELP Cross Save not working due to an old Xbox account
So I have made the move to PC from PS4, but I can't set up Cross Save because of an old Xbox account my son used a long time ago. I do not have access to the Xbox account, as it was set up by my ex-wife. I have over 3,000 hours logged in on Destiny 2 on PS4 (Gamertag: SVT_Trav) and would really not want to start over from scratch on PC. How can I fix this?

To enable cross save all accounts on the profile must be authenticated. If you are unable to recover the log in credentials from Microsoft then you will have to move your PSN and Steam accounts to a new Bungie profile where you will then be able to set up cross save.
