I bought the deluxe edition for xbox then bought the regular edition for pc, played on pc first then signed into my xbox for the rewards and didnt get it at all, i did buy the season on pc before logging into my xbox and still dont have the gun. Help?

Yeah, I already did all that. Ive even contacted xbox but since it says I have it downloaded already and they see it on my account they cant do anything. So im have no clue what to do at this point.
