Sunsetting is a terrible solution to a problem most of us didn’t have. Your justification is terrible. You’re a game development studio. Be more creative than that. It’s lazy. It takes pressure off of your back at the detriment of the consumer. Find a better solution. Blah blah blah, you’ve heard it all before from others.
This has been your weekly reminder.

6 RepliesWelcome to a mmo I guess, where it’s normal and important for gear to be left behind 🤷🏻♂️. It’s not like your gear is getting completely deleted you will still be able to use it for it’s relevant content. I really don’t see the issue here?. I’m actually enjoying it right now looking at new load outs to use for next seasons pvp. Having to put the Revoker away and try something new.

2 RepliesI think they sunset to reach deadlines, would you want them to take years modifying gear for a new DLC each time they do one leaving you bored waiting and look at how people cry we need new content. You do understand that over time they do bring old gear back might have a new skin and a different name but hey I think I would like gear dropping that is useful from engrams then outdated gear that is completely outdated.

3 RepliesGotta love how they’re taking out everything black armory! Not like people paid money for it or anything

9 RepliesEdited by OHIMGONEGETCHA: 9/18/2020 11:34:38 PMDon't worry. Bungie WILL take a hit for this. Whether that is financial, reputation, or both, there will be lasting consequences and at this point it's the best we can hope for. They should've learned the lesson indirectly taught by Bethesda that, as a game studio, you are never too big to fail. With gamers, game studios who are lazy and stick their fingers in their ears will eventually land themselves right where they deserve to be: on the sale rack (game pass) or deleted.

5 Replies*sees interesting title* *opens thread* *reads the first sentence and realizes it’s a sunsetting complaint* *instantly stops reading*

1 ReplyThank you for your weekly reminders. This will change everything now.
-
2 RepliesEdited by everwilling: 9/19/2020 8:36:11 PMIt was months ago now we first heard . It’s happening . Have zero care factor for Nov 10, but who knows with Bungie.
-
1 Reply2 weeks after BL drops: "Bungie, what's up with no extra vault space?! Where are we supposed to put all these new guns and armor?! Why don't you listen to me?!"
-
26 RepliesIt worked before. Its not like it wont work this time.
-
13 RepliesEasy way to put a stop to these weekly reminders. Discuss op's sus trials history. So many games with no enemies and 0 kd all around. 🤔 Unfortunate because your stats are pretty good but reported with screenshots anyways.

1 ReplyOh so basically ur annoying?
-
3 RepliesThanks, I'm already looking forward to next week's bucket of tears.
-
7 RepliesNope, you're are nitpicking and biased, I win, bye bye
-
3 RepliesCan’t wait for peoples crutches to no longer be viable. After a period of not being viable, they should just be removed.
-
1 ReplySunsetting isn't that bad? Who cares if people can only use mountaintop in quickplay etc? Yay for trials etc.
-
3 RepliesThis forum is akin to a complaint box. A complaint box in big corps is akin to a trash can. None of this matters. I do agree that sunsetting is a punk move.
-
5 RepliesI lost brain cells reading this.

2 RepliesEdited by FdYAcsoyPKN83gLE: 9/18/2020 4:17:10 PMIf sunsetting is supposed to force us to use different weapons, then why are they re-issuing weapons like Nightwatch except with exactly the same perk pool it had before? kek
-
1 ReplyGeez man shut up already...
-
2 RepliesIs this a reminder to bungie that you've still not accepted the inevitable. Or a reminder to the community that you've got nothing better to do? Either one, its your own time wasted.
-
Its only the bungobots that are fans of it anyway.
-
People still going on about this?
-
Sunsetting ba-😴😴😴

1 ReplyI say get rid of sunsetting but remove mountaintop and recluse, since these 2 guns are probably the reason for sunsetting
