Give 1k voices more reserves
You dont even get another full mag in reserves and putting double fusion reserves only increases it by one, plus you only get 1 or 2 per heavy pickup.

Yeh it needs 1 or 2 more shots. I can see why it doesnt have them now, as it was designed pre well auto loading nerf. So a team being able to shoot 10 shots back to back in a well was something they likely considered, and instead gave less. Now that they phased out auto loading wells, it needs a re look.
