MISSING MOD
i literally have all the mods so now when i turn in materials no mods drop anymore as rewards or as rewards from anything else i do, but for some reason i dont have the special finisher mod which says its unlocked by default but yet i dont have it...and ive turned in a bunch more materials to try and get it to drop and nothing, so im not sure whats going on as to why i dont have it...so any advice or solutions would be helpful, thank you
