Give 1k voices more reserves

You dont even get another full mag in reserves and putting double fusion reserves only increases it by one, plus you only get 1 or 2 per heavy pickup.

    • Yeh it needs 1 or 2 more shots. I can see why it doesnt have them now, as it was designed pre well auto loading nerf. So a team being able to shoot 10 shots back to back in a well was something they likely considered, and instead gave less. Now that they phased out auto loading wells, it needs a re look.

      • Usually you should run fusion scavanger with it. 3 to 4 ammo, and just one reserves is good enough. 8 charges can do a whole lot of work if you point it the right way and draw a path of destruction with it. Compared to other power weapons with an equal ammo reserves, rocket launchers, it's a whole lot stronger. No reloading, higher AOE damage potential, and it's a fricking lazer beam. If it ever gets a catalyst, maybe just making the mag size be 8 would be more than good enough, and a reserves would bump it to 10. Personally, I like where it is at.

              • Base reserves? No. Making the mods add more though I can agree. A commitment of double fusion reserves should be giving a full mag or only 1 off.

              • I agree if your ammo reserves were higher it would be a better heavy weapon i think a max of 9 or 10 would be fine and for ammo pick up it should always be 2 and 3 with scavengers

              • The catalyst was supposed to come out at some point and it was supposed to give some reserve ammo. I wish they’d just release it already so it can get a kill tracker. I want all raid weapons to start tracking my kills...

              • Would be nice if they would actually release a catalyst after almost 2 years. The ammo issue is really annoying because it is one of the ONLY heavy weapons that does NOT work with the generic "large arms" reserve mod. So you have to keep special-purpose solar chest pieces JUST for 1K if you want to use it.

                • 2 full mags of 4 should be base.. 1 reserve for 9, 2 reserves for 10. Its a shame that a legendary sword with boss spec and whirlwind blade can out DPS it without the risk of blowing yourself up when a teammate strafes in front of you.

                  • when I came back to destiny 2 long after forsaken, my friends brought me to riven cp, we melted it in 15sec, I used my only key to open the chest and got the weapon. I thought hell yeah. 5 min later, I realized it was a trash weapon that too often gets the user killed and does insignificant damage. Vaulted, never used it again. I rarely see anyone using it. Destiny is just about what’s trendy, at the end of the day everything’s the same, and blue weapon and gear will do just fine for any activity. The rest is just mere excuses for addictions.

                      • Without reserve mods you can carry 7 shots. They could just bump that up to 8 and reduce charge time from 1000 down to 800 or something.

                        Anarchy is better because of the reserves amount and the fact it does so much dot you can plant 3 nades and switch to mountaintop or truthteller and go to town. But for pvp geez the 1KV lays down some fire man, perfect for taking down a whole team of handholders
