I’ve logged in to go and do a pit of heresy run, and the game has asked me to repurchase shadowkeep... I have divinity and I’ve owned shadowkeep for months now, but it is asking me to purchase it again in store.
Also, when I go to manage games and add ons it shows that I still own shadowkeep. So I have uninstalled and reinstalled it twice now, with no success. I am wondering if anyone is running into this issue aswell? It’s pretty frustrating and I for sure will not be paying the $20 for a DLC I already own...

Hi there! Please double check the Manage Game and Add-ons section of the game on the dashboard to see if the Destiny 2: Shadowkeep is installed. It may be in the Ready to Install section. If it’s not, please visit the Microsoft Store app to see if it’s showing up as Purchased. If it’s not, you will need to contact Xbox Support for more help as to what happened your license:

1 ReplyYou can try signing out and back into your account. Clearing the system cache by completely shutting down the Xbox and unplugging it for 5 minutes or so can also help with issues like this.
