Hey there! One thing you can try is to open up your Command Prompt and type sfc /scannow and hit Enter. Once the scan is complete and if it shows any errors, it lets you know if the tool fixed it. Any unfixed errors may be OS related. If possible, could you paste your DxDiag here?
