I know I grinded hours upon hours in this game for the weapons and armour I have now. I would not mind if my weapons got sunsetted due to the dlc coming out that’s going to bring new weapons to our loot and replace the old ones. I’m especially happy about weapons like mountaintop and revoker being sunsetted. HOWEVER I’m extremely disappointed in the armour sunsetting. Bungie if you played your own game you would understand that grind armour with the perfect stat rolls is more tedious then grinding for a ghallahorn in destiny vanilla, yes people can get lucky and get perfect rolled armour first try, but for the majority of players this takes weeks upon weeks to get god rolled armour. Why are you sunsetting armour. If you want to sunset armour just take away the new mods from the old armour but don’t make us get this armour, masterwork this armour and then it be useless the following season because what would be the point of grinding armour and playing this game for all your work to be not useable. Bungie please be careful because I’ve played this game since vanilla destiny and I’m really close on quitting this game because of the crucible and sunsetting armour. People like their armour and don’t want their armour taken away from them 2 seasons after they initially get awarded with said armour. I love this game but your loosing your player base because you can’t get certain things right in this game.
