Unable to redeem Prophecy dungeon hoodie.
I have completed the Prophecy dungeon and checked off the triumph on the triumph list, I even received an email giving me a link to redeem a code for the hoodie. However, when I attempt to give my Steam account details, it tells me that I haven't completed the dungeon. I have been through the steps listed in the FAQ but it has not resolved this problem. Please can you assist in resolving this issue as I would like to purchase the hoodie.

1 ReplyHi there. Make sure you've claimed the Triumph in-game, then try going directly to the Rewards page rather than clicking the link in the email. https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Rewards Do you still receive the error here?
