hi , I just finished the Drifter quest to unlock umbral engram decoder, finished the hidden messages quest but never got rewards or unlocked decoder, this is so frustrating I have a full inventory of those engram did the quest why I can't access the damn thing ,it's clearly flawed design, anyone can help .
