Pinnacle Drops
Hey Bungie! I was wondering when the additional sources for Pinnacle Drops (i.e., crucible, clan , vanguard etc... weekly challenges) will be coming. Thanks!

6 RepliesThey were added today. But they aren’t technically pinnacle drops. They are a +1. All other pinnacles are +2. Not sure how they can call these the same since they are two different amounts. But whatever it’s bungie. 🤷♂️

7 RepliesThey should just get rid of pinnacle drops all together. I liked where we were able to level up wherever we wanted to. Now I got to play stuff that I don’t want to play so that I can be a high enough level to do the things I do want to play. Pretty shitty.

6 RepliesAlso fix RNG. I have completed the 4 banner bounties. 100k nightfall. PoH and master nightmare. So a total of 7 pinnacles this week. 6 weapons. 4 special and 2 heavy. The rage is real.

(coming mid-Season), we’ll be upgrading some existing powerful rewards to pinnacle rewards. These are the weekly Crucible, Strike, and Gambit challenges, as well as the weekly clan engram. With this change, we want to increase the total number of pinnacle power sources in the game, broaden pinnacle drop access, as well as increase the pools of items that can drop in the pinnacle band.” So.... are we getting any of this tomorrow?

All i wanted this last IB was a good Hero's Burden. After turning 900 tokens in i only saw one, shit rolls.

It was about time anyone mentioned this... Bungie owes us those rewards upgrades, and perhaps a tweak about npc rewards that makes those weapons/armors droping randomly -1,-2 light to make it fixed to the guardian's light, and perhaps sometimes better. Also... what about that solution to those who didn't complete Eriana's Vow catalyst? it's been over 1 season until that promise. (not that I still need to complete it, I'm already enjoying it. It's just it's pissing me off how much they lie to us since Destiny 1 pre-alpha).

I also am about 110, and I think pinnacles are one of bungies stupidest ideas. Not a fan.

Yea probably wouldn't be a bad idea to make a few more drop sources. I'd add one to Shattered Throne as well and then make your first full run of any raid on a character drops pinnacle gear. Other than that I'd say something overall from like Ikora or something. Like clear all challenges and you get pinnacle gear. I dont know. Something

Probably not coming. I'm starting to get 1010 drops and I'm not doing the raids.

I'd like to see each encounter in Pit of Heresy drop a pinnacle. Actually get people running the whole thing instead of just going out LFG like, [i]POH bOsS cHeCkPoInT PLZZZ[/i]
