7 RepliesSo with this change to Sanguine and OEM wouldn't this mean Hunters are now the only class with God level wall hax? 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦
-
1 ReplyDestiny is run by business men, not gamers. If you think about it.
-
So, are we just not going to talk about how awful the titan armor is for next season and how little effort they put into making it?
-
I can't wait to see all the "cheaters in trials" topics again. Or how about the paid carries, causing people to ddos (lag switchers) on consoles like they did in D1.
-
Matchmaking pvp balanced teams why is that so hard stop putting me against full fuking teams

8 RepliesWhoever designed that titan armor for the eververse needs to be put on unpaid leave 🤢🤮

1 ReplySeason of the weakening if it’s not broke don’t fix it lmao
-
13 RepliesOvershield was the OEM's problem. You are going to restore it. You have something wrong in your brain.

Weapon retirement, endless nerfs, terrible looking seasonal armour, Eververse becoming more prominent by overshadowing in game loot. I think I’m out. Just go full mobile, surely everyone has a phone😂😂
-
Can’t help but notice the lack of extended emergency maintenance followed by rollback several hours later on that update schedule... in addition to the murder of a couple exotics... at this point I doubt I’ll be back for next season. You are killing the last bits keeping me here.
-
1 ReplyFor clarification, on doomfang, is the super regen getting removed or enhanced. You wrote " fixing a sometimes problem"

6 RepliesIt’s official, y’all have broken my spirit. I think I’m done. (I reserve the right to change my mind) This next season looks like a flaming dumpster fire, and the seasonal model is a snore fest. The company has nerfed my want to participate. So I guess thanks for breaking my addiction I guess. P.s. suck it bungie.

Here's an idea: make Jotunn a heavy weapon. With it's ease of use, it plagues the crucible and is used as much as Minder's Ambition. Also instead of retiring weapons, make end game weapons and armor more desirable with special perks that only spawn on said weapons. This isn't really complicated, but it's made out to seem complicated because of instead of listening to the majority, everything is fed through the echo chamber and amplified by the top players. The game should welcome casual gaming and reward hardcore while also staying fun and not punishing for people that stay in the middle. That's just my thought after playing since D1 vanilla. I never experienced the raids until Year 2 of The Taken King, but I never felt the need to participate because I was iffy on the game from day 1 of it's announcement. Now I'm so deep and I don't want to leave, but that's because of the friends I've made on the way. The saddest thing is that a friend of mine is so scarred from FOMO from over the years, there's nothing I can say to get him back on, and I introduced him to the game, got him hooked. Then he exceeded me by wanting to do the raids every week and every DLC. Now, he plays games that he sees rewards his time played and keeps the gameplay fun. I'm not say Destiny is terrible. I love it to pieces, but Bungie has to do better. I feel like we all need to step back and look at what the bigger picture is, game developers and consumers. Then give them the time once we figure it out. Anyway, thank you for coming to my TED Talk...

6 RepliesWarlocks getting Gucci armour Hunters getting Adidas brand new armour Titans something made by grandma

5 RepliesWell, Titans back to having no good pvp exotics. Everything back to the way it should be.
-
2 RepliesNice, so we are getting a go slow update for pvp and trials. Way to alienate and upset the majority of your playerbase bc I can guarantee you the majority is not here for your broken pvp. Start focusing on the story and how to tell it through pve play and the game will thrive. Keep nerfing everything into the ground for pvp then retire our weapons and see what happens. I know Activision can see the future bc they got away from this dumpster fire as they should have bc Bungie is clearly not capable of running this franchise. Bungie needs new leadership imo and fast.

19 RepliesThanks for nerfing orpheus.. again.. for no reason..

1 ReplyProbably the best part of the update. Legendary Engrams Increased the number of armor sets available from world drops to 11 sets, up from 3. ( Haha only 3!) This will include Faction Rally armor. Players who own previous Faction Rally Ornaments may apply them to these sets. Several sets that were previously unavailable or extremely difficult to acquire are now available as world drops. The lack of armor that was droppable... Just wow.

No words on this forum and reddit will do anything to affect Bungie. The only way we get through to them is with our wallets. They have lost the magic which was D1, there is zero fun in this game, raids are no longer challenging, loot is not worth chasing, the amount of reskins and lack of creativity each season with horde modes featuring the same enemy types is lazy. The nerfs are needed because they are unable to design fresh encounters and content that poses any real challenge. Look at the massive rework and change made in Division 2, closure on the original story, an entire new area even though we are back in NY. Happily done with this game, it does hurt because I have some great memories from D1.

2 RepliesOEM is broken and yet you make it more broken, and this is from a titan main. Next season is going to be busted af and Luke Smith should be fired from the company, he has done everything he can to make this game unplayable. Destiny was a great game until he took over. Doubt I'm buying next season until Luke Smith is gone for good.

The Orpheus nerf effectively makes top tree tether unviable in solo endgame play. I agree with others that it didn’t need nerfing. Whether your reasoning is based on stats or observational gameplay, I’m almost certain both only applied to hunters playing in groups of 3 or more guardians. Please consider that high usage is probably due more to Tether/Orpheus efficacy over any other combination whenever a hunter joins a fireteam. Did you also look at which class is most often revived in a fireteam? Probably. But with top tree tether, invisibility is usually the only thing that saves them. Either that, or they’re hiding when everyone else is shooting. You were the ones that made mobility the most viable stat for the class. I know there are players that value other attributes, but we all know mobility is the hunter’s inherent one. This nerf will only take that class out of the fight. Running around looking for orbs instead of shooting or reviving teammates. I think that’s a bit harsh, and extremely boring 🙂. But for solo gameplay, a 50% cap is way too harsh in realtime. It will make max mobility a must, which I can say from a season of experience makes hunters all the more squishy. I’m hopeful your armor stat bumps will address this a bit, but, 50% is pretty harsh.

I hope guys wear that armour, I'm going to be laughing so hard I'll pee. 3 months of young guys strutting round in that offal thinking its cool? I might have to play something else just to save on laundry. I'm assuming they're an experiment to see just how low effort you can make content and it still sells?
