Not really sure either of these scenarios classify as cheating. Scummy/griefing....sure. Cheating....you’d have to do a lot of lawyer-esque type convincing.

Something needs to be done about it. Especially when there are multiple clips of it.

Well all you can do is report. It’s up to Bungie SRT if they deem punishment is needed/warranted.
