BUNGIE: Quit making Destiny 2 content
Just quit.
It’s pointless having a skeleton team making barebones content and “quality of life” updates.
Just get every single person now working on D3 instead.
Do it.
Make a Destiny game that you are proud of. Not a disjointed, ever changing piece of crap that is totally redone like 6 months before launch.

It’s not even exclusive to Destiny. The game can not be tailored to the desires and play style of every player that will launch the game. That’s not to say Bungie doesn’t try to meet the desires of the majority, or hugely vocal minority. The Annual Pass was Bungie trying to appease the more hardcore fans wanting more and more content, because after a big expansion, they consume everything in a couple of months. Seasons this year was Bungie trying to make those smaller content drops more appealing and use the ideas people liked most from the Annual Pass attempt. D2 isn’t perfect. D1 wasn’t perfect. And if there is a D3, it won’t be perfect either. They can’t be. Some will like what Bungie does, some won’t. Some will love it initially, but crave change, “improvement”, and more content.

But I thought they had already quit... all I see are rehashed versions of things I have already played, owned and collected. 😂

6 RepliesLol this community is so indecisive. Everyone on this post: Speak for your self I still like the game. Also everyone in the forums: Games dead! Bungie trash. I think the biggest problem is the community. They pull bungie in 12 different directions and it next to impossible for bungie’s decisions to please everyone.

4 RepliesThese same requests were made at the end of d1’s cycle. Are you satisfied with the results of d2? Since then many game creators have sold husks of games and then tried backfilling them when the time was right. This is the now of gaming, not the future. 1. Hype 2. Tease 3. Offers 4. Sales 5. Excuses 6. Repeat every season. You can ask though, maybe it will be great. I hope it is.

Need I remind you that BUNGiE couldn't even pump out Forsaken with their entire development team and required the aid of not one, but two, quality "AAA" developers (High Moon and Vicarious Visions) and that was still a resoundingly "Meh" expansion as far as gaming is concerned? A BUNGiE "Skeleton Crew" likely couldn't figure out how to code in extra inventory space, much less manage a season pass.

2 RepliesI would say that Bungie get too many requests by sweats that it makes it hard for the rest of us, so sweats ask for this and they get it, they ask for that, they get it, meanwhile many solo or non sweaty guys and gals have trouble with this game, if they structured the game right, they could make this game awesome as ever but alas, as soon as they start listening to the sweats the game goes to shit.

I would like to see a final moments of triumph update before they moved on. You know like randomize vanilla weapons and reprise old raids. Raid ornaments would also be a splendid touch. :)
