7 RepliesYeah, seems that way lately, Xbox always seem to be loaded with players, so I play on it more.

It is. At the end of d1 I had over 200 people that just played destiny. Other people played other games but mostly most of my friends list was destiny people. Started d2 it got down to 50 playing it. My whole clan quit, my best friend quit. Now there are 2 people still playing destiny 2. My and another guy.

I'm finding a lot of people, all unique users, never same names. Never have problems matching or finding a group. It's always full at the tower.

I logged on at reset, and got 3 dungeons done, a master nightmare hunt, an alter of sorrows farm and a heroic sundal complete. All with 0 issues. The lfg section is always full of posts for every activity. How could this be possible if its dead on ps4? 😂

It’s empty, my experience, Turn on system Wait 10 minutes for character select Wait 10 minutes to travel to tower Waste 10 minutes in tower Wait 10 minutes to join crucible Waste 3 minutes on black screen Spawn in with “we’re calling it” Back to orbit Wait 5 minutes for next game Frustratingly dashboard to a different game
Is it me or is this game dying or empty
Nah, it's just you. Well actually no. It isn't just you. Bungie wants to be an ass and people get tired of being ignored, so they go to other games. But that won't stop me and others from posting on here. Coming back here is like watching a train wreck, you just can't stop watching it if you tried. *Eats popcorn 🍿

It's tough near the end of the season. Population typically dies down until the next season comes.

A game can only be dead if there isn’t enough players to complete all activities. So as long as there are at least 12 players on destiny the game can’t be considered dead. However it can be viewed as a decaying state as the numbers are lower than average.
