Why do you guys lurk? Why don't you guys hang out regularly, maybe people will stop associating you with your b.net mod position and be cool about you guys.

1 ReplySince the beginning of time, before the dinosaurs, the internet has always hated moderators. We'll never change that. I love talking to you guys, even back when you were The Flood, and always try to pop in on good conversations and memes where I see it. Speaking only for myself: I've always been a lurker. Kind of "speak when you have something to say" thing. I've stuck around since Halo 2, and I've been moderating for over 5 years. Still have so much love for this community.

It's the same with that some people will always confuse us as Bungie Employees, even though we are not and are not paid in any way by Bungie. There will always be people who hate us. There will always be those who try to challenge us or offend us or send us nasty letters. It just comes with it. But we still appreciate every kind message towards and every good word about us. We read them and share them among us. So thank you for posting this. P.S.: a sacrifice may also help summon us. EDIT: Also, to be honest? Most topics here don't interest me. There's been better discussions back in the day.

I always thought they were just bots. I remember one of them glitched and kept DM'ing me, asking me how to turn on his "cool" setting... Butane I think it's name was. Never did help him. I feel kind of bad.

3 RepliesWhen I'm on B.net that time is usually spent moderating and not posting in threads. Whenever I get a chance though I like to come in here and hang out with y'all, but I'm probably not here as often as I should be.

I think they mainly just stay on #destiny2 to do their jobs as moderators. This subforum doesn’t really need to be looked at as much.
