Edited by f3: 10/28/2019 7:52:25 PMYou gotta remember that they’re just people, and they’re entitled to seek happiness. It should go without saying, but them growing apart had and has nothing to do with you. If they do end up getting separated, you have to try not to hold it against them. Try to understand their situation. There’s no reason your relationship with them should have to deteriorate, too.

Yea, my parents divorced, little different situation. Dont be worried until you have something to worry about. It might just be talk. Otherwise just remember that parents are human too, they make mistakes, they get riled up, and divorce is not uncommon. Over half of marriages end in divorce. You'll be alright dude, just remember that this is primarily a dispute between them about them over them, not you. It's not your fault, God forbid they ever try to say it is. What your mom is doing by confiding in you is not cool. My mom did that to me AFTERWARDS. I hated it. But she was my mom. Just keep on keeping on, things get better.
-
Sorry about your situation. But it’s also not fair for your mother to drag you into this and use you as her confidante.

1 Reply... Hey look at the bright side, more presents, and more expensive ones, because each will be trying to win their silly game, and you can sit back and enjoy your riches...
not included in the DLC
Edited by ElementNinja: 10/28/2019 2:02:55 AMI’m really sorry man. I’ll be praying. Perhaps you should sit them down individually or together, and vent out all of your thoughts and feelings. You are part of the family as well after all. You are going to be impacted heavily. So in a way you do have a say. Fighting on the way to church? Let them know that God hates divorce. Of course I hardly know the situation, and you know more but maybe not enough, but marriage counseling is always a valid option. It seems that there is a mix of bad communication and build up resentments that need to be resolved with a professional third party. Churches usually have a marriage ministry that can help provide that. Even if only one of your parents or neither wish to go through counseling, at least you should go through it, as you’re going to want and need someone to talk to. Perhaps talk to them individually before you sit them down together. Don’t be afraid or pressured from expressing yourself to them. Speak openly about the elephant in the room.

I'm sorry to hear that, being caught in the middle of that sucks and isnt easy.
-
I'm really sorry to hear this bro, I hope and pray that it is fixed and there is no divorce.
-
Looks like your about to become a popular kid at school.
-
Try not to get directly involved with it. Watching parents break down is a scarring thing to see. Even if you think you can do something, it’s like watching a ship sink. You can only hope someone over there has a life raft.
-
That sucks. At least guilt them and get them to buy u nice shit. A poor substitute, but at least it's something.
Seriously tho, I'm sorry bro. If u ever want to chat you can slide into my dms. Just remember that whatever their problems are, it is not your fault in any way.
Oh, that's not fun. Good luck with that.

I've been through 2 of them. They suck. Stick to your guns and stay strong. You'll do fine

My parents have been divorced since I was little. Don’t actually know what it’s like to have both your parents around at the same time, to be honest.

Edited by The Trinity Ghoul [Lee]: 10/28/2019 12:21:57 AMDamn. Divorces are tough, I know. Maybe your parents can still work it out, it's still early from the sounds of it. Praying man
