Randy’s Throwing knife quest.
The “enemies defeated and medals” part of this quest is glacially slow and grindy. I’ve played over 20 matches today of pvp and have only gone up 10% on the progress bar. That’s just unfair and stupid, and this weapon is not even a pinnacle weapon with a unique perk, it just has some normal ones thrown on it.
All in all, please reduce or adjust how this part of this quest functions because I know for a fact this is an artificial grind.

14000 medals in general and kills combined is not that hard.

By "medals" it means any weapon killstreak medal like hawkeye, sub machinist, lethal cadence, etc. I hate how it was worded and spent my first 40% wandering aimlessly trying to test it out. Finally landed on these medals being the key. If you want to find out the medal for your best/favorite weapon type go to crucible triumphs>medals>weapons. I just started going for the medal I have the most of which is hawkeye and I'm at 76% now. After finally figuring out what the quest wanted, the grind isn't as bad as others. It's just annoying.

7 RepliesI've gotten the most progress done with that portion of the quest playing Iron Banner. Just keep going with it.

4 RepliesEdited by Blaidd: 10/18/2019 1:51:26 AMI had all medals done when i was only 20% on scout final blows a week ago. Today i finally finished the 450 final blows. Quest is not hard at all. Just use a fusion rifle and the medals will be done is an hour.
