This leaves 1 of 2 undeniable, rational solutions: 1) This is maliciously intended in order to strip the majority novice and/or casual players not using the forums of their shards 97 at a time. Not outrageous - Bungie was already caught throttling XP a couple times. 2) The staff in charge of accuracy has left, either with AV or on their own. Bungie has spent the past year or so it's been outdated/misleading not filling the vacant position. So yeah instead of fanboying every weekend on people who correctly state Xur's engram description is misleading, instead ask why such xur posts have popped up en masse every weekend since forsaken. Or don't if fanboying is your only source of self-esteem and pride.
