My blizzard account got hacked but I managed to get it back and didn't lose anything. I'm trying to disable cross save but the guy who hacked my account cross save with his steam and PlayStation account which I can't authenticate. Can someone help me out? If there's nothing that can be done about it, then I want to know how to delete my Bungie account and everything on it.

I’m assuming that’s how you’re logging in for Bungie. I don’t see an Xbox account on your profile, which may be the saving grace here. Create a throwaway account for Xbox/MS, using a junk gmail account or some such. In your Bungie profile, link the throwaway Xbox account. Logout of Bungie, and then login again, but using the throwaway Xbox account. You should then be able to unlink your Battle.net account. Create a brand new Bungie account, and link your Battle.net account to it. You are now free of the hacker, and can link your Steam account for migration. Edit- well crud... I missed that you mentioned cross-save is active on your profile. The above idea will not work then, as I believe you’d need to authenticate the two bs accounts. You might try your luck with sending in one of the newly created forms Bungie has, that allows you to directly appeal to Bungie staff for help with cross-save issues. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099
