Happened to me about 2 months ago, I set a marker for her in Rhiasilver as I was flying in and when I landed she was right in front of me.
Picked up bounties then carried on to see if she was in both places and sure enough she was!
Came back and she was gone.
Petra in Stereo? Hmmmm.........

Set marker?

Ya know, you can set a way-point marker on certain things on the map. When I was going to the Dreaming City (I don't bother anymore) I would set a waypoint marker on Petra because I'm easily distracted and have spent some time doing patrols and lost sectors without picking up bounties, which was why I was there!

Its not a waypoint marker you can set anywhere, but if there is a vendor, adventure, mission or incoming public event you can mark it and you will be guided there, go try.
