• I mean when anything evolves it changes into something different. Neanderthals were only around for a limited time too. So if you want to think of this only as "time restrictions", that's a very selective way of thinking about what evolution means, but isn't wrong.

  • Well, like the Tremors franchise has taught me, evolving isn’t always a good thing

  • While I don't agree with your general attitude about the way the game is being modeled, I 100% respect that you just threw a Tremors reference into this forum. I love it so much. What are Tremors: underground man eating creatures... Several years later: ...that can -blam!-ing fly! The cheesiness. The legacy. The memories.

  • I felt my overall tone of this discussion degrading and wanted to lighten the mood a bit with a tremors reference. Since we are killing monsters, and dealing with evolving and guns, it seemed logical 😂

Never evolving isn't necessarily a good thing either.

  • *necessarily a good thing There are exceptions, but then again, where's an ocean full of giant Megalodon sharks? Sharks evolved too and maybe for the better or worse, but we also don't know what it would be like if Megalodons were still roaming the oceans instead to presume them not evolving would make it a better world.
