Do you need to level up all 3 characters to obtain the triumph (-> seal)?
I have holiday at the beach, will only be able to grind 1 week...

Nope, just get one set to Majestic and complete one of the Masterwork objectives. All of them are pretty easy except the Shattered Throne one.
