Okey so.
#1 I have a job that requires me to work from 9:30 A.M. till 9:30 P.M. there is no way what so ever I'm going to progress to the blue armor.
#2 this S#!+ requires way too many orbs, kills and let's not forget my most hated aspects PVP & PVPVE.
F**k all that S#!+.
I'd rather be hung from the neck untill dead.
Since I hate S#!+bit and S#!+ible I have no incentive whatsoever to do this stupid event when I already have the YEAR ONE Armor.
Over all I give this waste of time event two 👎👎down.
This event seems to me geared for either people that have no Life, no Jobs or geared for kids.
I think I'm just going to replay Kingdom Hearts III for the 50th time.
It'd seem like a better use of my time.

4 RepliesEdited by Pocket Fox: 8/2/2019 4:13:47 AMSkip the armor entirely. Just delete it. The 1.0 version will have random perks that probably aren't what you want anyway. You probably already have your perfect set/s of 1.0 armor, so why mess up your build for some expensive glowing effects? The 2.0 version that you'll get in Shadowkeep isn't important either. You'll be dripping in 2.0 armor after the first week.

1 ReplyA lot of these comments are sadly true. If you work a 12 hour job many games are not meant for you. They are meant to pass the time over a couple hours a day. Not be played for 20 minutes a day and be put down.
-
1 ReplyYou'd willingly play that disappointment known as kh3 again?
-
1 ReplyReally dont want to sound like a douche but if you work from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm... these types of games are not meant for you.
-
2 RepliesIf you’re working 9:30 to 9:30 you’re not going to progress in any video game
-
5 RepliesHaha shit “this games for kids I’m off to play Kingdom Hearts” what a 🥔
-
3 RepliesEdited by CatMan: 8/1/2019 7:53:01 PMThat hung by your neck thing is a little harsh don't ya think. The grind is bs, but that's a bit over the top.
-
Edited by Kishi: 8/3/2019 4:01:17 AMI thought the same exact thing lmao. Trying to get 1500 orbs, 50 bounties 100 boss kills 300 ark orbs in strikes.. shit isn’t happening for the 12 hour shift guardians. You’ve ether gotta have no life, no job or no kids to do this shit Only option we have is to slowly cheese it and slowly pick at steps

This is the destiny experience now. Rehash old content over and over grinding for things you have already earned in the past doing quest steps that are mindnumbingly grindy. Pinnacle crucible weapons dominating pve activities. Season of opulence was actually enjoyable after the complete waste of time that was season of the drifter. Then the menagerie chest fix, tribute hall and iron banner armor quest made me decide to take a break.

1 ReplySounds like this ain't the game for you then. It's a good thing there are hundreds of other games to choose from 👍
-
1 ReplyOne hour a day is enough to give you the purple armor until the end of the event. You can't demand to have the same results with someone who plays multiple hours a day...
-
Thing is bad because I can’t do thing. Even if everyone else is doing thing I can’t do it’s bad. Sorry you’re unable to experience it but c’mon man...
-
18 RepliesSeems like it’s geared for kids! Pouts and says he is going to play Kingdom Hearts... I googled this game and the first picture that came up was of Olaf from Frozen holding hands with Donald Duck 😂
-
41 RepliesIt's the worse event since the launch of destiny over 4 years ago. Talk about an embarrassment , can't wait for it to be done and over with.
-
I’m not touching Solstice...it was a waste first time! Most of what we earn has proven to be pointless in short order. No longer chasing the carrot 🥕
-
2 Replieslol Year 1 Solstice was way more grinder and this
-
1 ReplyThis event is nothing but weird ,cheap time waster
-
8 RepliesI put in 40-50 or so hours a week, with children of my own and can progress. Quit making excuses or just quit the game entirely.

Edited by murkypondwater: 8/2/2019 5:42:48 AMYou have, what, a month? It took me eight hours of non-streamlined gameplay to progress from green to blue for one character. I’m a third of the way from blue to purple after four hours of streamlined grinding (streamlined as in, I made a list of all the goals and made a roadmap of which ones to do in which order, to maximize efficiency). Two hours a day, and you can do at least one class’ legendary set in a month. Edit: don’t get me wrong, the event is VERY lackluster, and the Eververse nonsense is the worst it’s been; however, if your complaint is that the armor is unattainable for casual players, thats where I’m gonna have to disagree.
-
3 RepliesWell said and agree. Too bad Streamers and elitist pricks are to blame for the state of the game.
-
Even if you have the time it is boring af and nothing more than Bungo farming is guardians to make the game look playable. Boring af, typical repetitive overkill and worthless use of our time.
-
10 RepliesBruh we have over a month, even if you played an hour a day you can EASILY get the purple armor set and a masterworked piece
-
Not going to lie, I'm a little salty at this event as well. I mean it might have been less insulting if they'd at least have given us a different armor set to grind for. But...dude...it's the same freakin' one from the first time around. So it's like oh yeah here you go guys, do all of this grindy sh!t to get the same set of armor again! Three times! That's fun right? No? Oh, who cares. We're getting player time so that's all we need... I mean would it really have been that hard to alter the armor in ANY way possible? And I'm not talking about spending $$$ on buying some glow effect. Sigh. Watch, in Shadowkeep we'll probably have to re-grind for some of the old gear we've already grinded for twice now. I'm calling it now 😂 Come on BL3 you can't get here soon enough.
-
9 RepliesI haven't had any desire to play Destiny at all in a long time. Solstice was the first chance I gave them to earn my time when I logged on to check it out it was so laughably bad compared to the event in my new main game Monster Hunter World I easily went Nah after one round of EAZ. Another playthrough of KH3 definitely deserves your time over this game.

Nobody honestly cares. Join the million other ppl that hate crucible

The forced gold is killing it for me now.
