Ok let’s talk about this. The one eye mask is sooo broken and a dumb idea it’s actually crazy how Bungie thought this was ok. Every titan I have ran through has the one eye mask and mostly likely running the broken recluse and the broken striker subclass making it so annoying to play with. Getting a kill with this broken exotic gets you your health back and OVER SHIELD ..... i personally think this needs to get a nerf. I think getting rid of the extra damage and only giving you your health back when getting your kill on a marked enemy would make it a balanced exotic. It’s just dumb honestly and if you’re a titan main and think this is not a problem. Just stop you’re lying to yourself. Run another class go into a crucible match and just see it for yourself. It’s a problem and it’s needs to get fixed now.
