So I’ve noticed this over the last few months and I’m wondering if I’m just skinny or if it’s normal.
When you look at my arms, you can clearly see and count all the veins and trace them up to my shoulder. The back of my hand is the same way. I can SEE the bones moving in my wrist and hand whenever I move my fingers, as well as the veins.
It’s not like you have to look very hard, it looks like they are bulging out almost.
I’m not that skinny, but I don’t work out. I don’t know if that has anything to do with this. Is this normal? Or am I just really skinny?

Edited by FdYAcsoyPKN83gLE: 7/14/2019 10:56:21 PMIt happens when you restrict blood flow. Happens to most Denstians I know due to their weak blood and hearts/everything, unlike Offtopicans who are much superior and well evolved. Remember: NEVER turn into a Denstian or mingle with them!

1 ReplyHave you considered the possibility that you might be from Krypton, and have not yet learned to control your powers?
-
Yes, but it means you should work on muscle mass. What it mostly means is you are at the point where it shouldn't be too hard for people to notice you gaining muscle.

1 ReplyI like people like you. Makes it so much easier to start IV’s.

sounds like you might have high blood pressure, but considering what you said about being able to see your bones move, I don't know, there might be something wrong with your skin. that shit trippy ass hell

1 ReplyEither you’re really bad at handling the heat or you’re very very white.

And Male or Female. I’m a Peds nurse and yes it’s helpful information.

1 ReplyEdited by Banned Moment: 7/14/2019 1:09:40 AMI think it's fine because if it's not I'm in trouble I can see my veins from my palm to my elbow
-
It’s normal, but it only happens to some people. It’s not like some crazy condition or anything, though. It’s like how some people have freckles and others don’t.
-
5 RepliesNot normal....you're a freak

5 RepliesI've been like that my whole life. Doctors just say I'm slightly malnourished, nothing terrible. You're probably the same.
-
Completely normal. I’m skinny as hell and am the same way.
-
You ain’t alone, the backs of my hands get pretty veiny
-
Wouldn’t say it’s abnormal. Mine tend to be fairly visible, more so after I hit the gym.
-
only if youre ripped flexes*

Skinny people, as well as people doing particular exercises (not even workout related, just ordinary daily stuff) may have more pronounced vascularity. IIRC it is low weights, but high repetitions. Plus, if it is hot outside, veins tend to pop out a little bit more, to cool your organism. During colder times they sink in.

6 RepliesI'm the same way but worse cuz I'm about 10 pounds underweight and super pale white.
-
I have that. I think it’s normal. I’m quite underweight sooo...,.

Edited by karste385: 7/14/2019 3:06:41 AMI knew a guy who was like that He did needles tho So idk Edit - I did have veins like that before I started working out. In my opinion they were like that because they had nothing that covered them except skin
-
No. You aren’t alone. The same is with me.
I’m even not that skinny.
Edited by tjustie: 7/13/2019 9:53:08 PMThat's called vascularity. It's normal so long as your body fat % is low.
