Extremely Frustrated
So last night i had soloed shattered throne which took quite a while and died many times through and was so happy to complete only to realize for some reason the solo triumph didnt unlock and i did it all for no reason. Any help with this would be appreciated

This is because you had an incomplete run on the same character on 6/25. Only way for the solo run to count, is to run it completely alone from afresh, i.e. you can't use any checkpoints (or have someone load you in). Only way to reset is to either not have run it yet or complete a run that has already been started.
