Bungie can those who spent the time getting the “shared experience” shader please apply it to more than just the sparrow?
For those who don’t know about the “Shared Experience” shader it’s an animated rainbow shader that is arguably the hardest shader to get in the game. You must refer a total of 3 friends with forsaken and complete the assigned little quests.
The shader is really cool and unique, something that I really applaud, however, you can only apply it to the sparrow you get from referrals which seems a little ridiculous.
I know this doesn’t affect many people but why can it not be applied to more things? Convincing friends to play destiny or try it again on top of having them purchase a dlc should make this shader be able to be used a little more. Where’s my rainbow Revoker or Midnight coup at?

Ya that doesn’t make much sense. You earned it you should be able to use it like any other shader in the game.

3 RepliesI tried to do this Refer A Friend quest, but only found 2 people that would actually get the game and try it. Neither one of them finished the quest with me and didn't like the game. What a waste of time. Shortly afterwards , I quit playing D2.

It felt like they were kinda forced to give us an animated shader by just tossing one at us. Anyway , i can guarantee you , if they did allow us to use it on anything we want , and the shader became popular , those lazy ppl who won't bother to put some effort to get something unique , they'll start whining and asking Bungie for new ways to acquire the shader , same with everything else in the game that requires a lot of effort to get , casuals already whined about the luxurious toast emote , suggesting to Bungie to make it drop from the menagerie , can you believe that ?!
