Titans need a buff all around. They are virtually useless in every major pve activity and by far the weakest in pvp. Well of radiance completely overpowers the titan bubble and sentinel in general has such bad hit registration its worthless. All titans had was melting point which got nerfed. Bungie send titans a buff asap!
-
As a titan main We desperately need a PvE buff PvP however? No buff is needed, bottom tree striker is stupidly good, hammers is good as well, sentinel could use some better hit registration, exotic wise for pvp? OeM, synthoceps, dunemarchers, skullfort, acd feedbacks and armamentarium are all really good choices.

Edited by Lich: 6/26/2019 6:11:02 PMDeadly in pvp sentinel wrecks, with that godly unskilled shield tracking pizza of doom. Plus suppressor nades. Striker is feared shit lats forever can practically one shot supers and can still keep going and hammers are still insane especially when they split into it’s quote on quote embers basically throwing like 4 hammers at once. Code of the devastator has insane tracking and can be deadly if you’re good at playing Titan. Sentinel hit registration is better then dawnblade. As for pve code of the commander is great so is code of the devastator. Striker is a great add clearer. Stop trying to warlock on a Titan.

7 RepliesNo offense, but I have a feeling you probably spend most of your time as a Titan, and don't really play a lot of high-difficulty PvE stuff (i.e. Raids). For the current raid, I'd much rather have Titans than Hunters...tether isn't great, and Celestial is always good but not necessary given the DPS capabilities of certain weapons. Bubble Shield though? Now THAT is useful, especially during the final boss. Top-tier hammers is an A+ with melting point and ad-clearing, and Striker or Sentinal with Doomfang can last for ages on ad-clear. The only reason Titans say they have nothing for PvE is cuz they don't have an ultra-high burst damage super, but in reality nobody outside of Hunters do. Yea, Warlocks may have Nova Bomb which is okay, but if its pinnacle PvE content, they'll be on Well cuz NB just isn't close to a Celestial (unless you have 5-6 Warlocks which is unlikely). As for PvP....Titans are by far the most broken. Panic Fist is awesome, and you guys have some of the most broken PvP exotics in OEM and Peregrine, on top of stuff like Skullfort and Ursa.

Above is a link to some awesome rework ideas for many of the Titans Supers. Don’t forget to comment/upvote.😁

I mean I agree with the PvE thing, though in PvP they're by far the strongest currently. I mean just look at any of their supers, especially Aggressor, top tree Sunbreaker, or Bottom Tree Striker. You literally won't run out of bottom tree striker and with a OEM on any of these you're nearly unstoppable all around. I say this from the perspective of someone who mains and feels best on my Titan. They need some buffs for PvE for sure, but some nice strong readjustment in PvP.

2 RepliesEdited by Azlan: 6/24/2019 9:55:08 PMAs soon as you said they are by far the weakest in PVP you lost ALL credibility. Also if you think they are getting any buffs in PVE then Warlocks are in line for some PVP buffs. Especially in regards to over all movement.
-
They’re good in PVP. They need a major buff in PVE though
-
Edited by Ghostfire239: 6/25/2019 12:32:52 AMI agree, in PvE they’re essentially pointless outside of melting point, and even that may potentially be taken through the artifacts in Shadowkeep. In PvP I don’t think they’re all that bad, they’re in a pretty good spot, sure it can use a few buffs here and there but they’re not bad
-
2 RepliesGrenadier on?? Doomfangs dominate every Super in the game Brawler on?? Bottom tree Striker WormGod,synthoceps , peregrine Greaves. Play smarter, not harder Titan Mains
-
12 RepliesDoesn't help the exotics for Titans are pretty worthless, which is one of the major reasons they feel so underwhelming in PvE. Kind of depressing.
-
1 ReplyBy far the best in PvP, By far the worst in PvE.
-
Lol titans weakest on pvp? Sounds like a personal problem, from the actual stats on destiny tracker, warlocks are most definitely the worse on crucible.
-
They are not the weakest in pvp, i main a titan in my secondary account and god it's fun to kill everyone in pvp with burning maul
-
Buff hunter.. give them a blink.. and some shadow powers?
-
LMFAO...you gets to be joking... they easily the easiest one to do anything with..
-
PvP they’re decent. Now PvE is where they need some love
-
maegatron:3 - old
You had a good point until pvp. We are by far not weakest in PvP. Burning Maul is OHKing other roaming supers with ease. Thundercrash. Striker bottom tree (needs small nerf tbh) -
weak on pvp? lmao
-
This is bait, isn’t it? The striker titan is the dominant class I’ve seen my entire week of playing iron banner. They need anything but a buff. Hunters and warlocks should get buffs before a titan.
-
Nerf titans! ANARCHY!!!
-
9 RepliesEdited by Jamison: 6/24/2019 7:46:33 AMYou’re joking right......? Bottom tree striker, hammers, burning maul, thunderstrike, and bottom tree sentinel are all BROKEN in PvP. They need a PvP nerf, frankly idc about how they perform in Pve.
-
Honestly I don't think Titans need a PVP buff, granted I don't play a ton of PVP to begin with so my opinion on that may be invalid. But in PVE, they need some serious help, and honestly not just a tweak here or there, I believe that Bungie needs to completely overhaul the class. The only thing Titans "excel" at is large scale trash mob clearing.
-
OP, I do not think we are playing the same game. My WL and hunter both feel underpowered in comparison to my Titan in PVE and PVP.
-
And give titans twilight garrison as well. Thanks!
-
In pve they definitely need a rework of the supers but NOT a buff. In pvp, they’re ok

Edited by DiZ: 6/24/2019 11:29:18 AM*sees post asking for PvP buff to Titans* *looks at last match I played* *looks at G.O.A.T. players with OEM* I dunno 'bout all dat... maybe a lil' buff to movement or Barricade activation, but nuthin' else really... But in PvE, definitely. There's no practical reason to bring Titans to Raids besides Melting Point, and even then, it's not always worth it(depending on encounter/strat, you can't Melting Point the boss, such as Gahlran). You really don't need Supers for ad clear, and rarely, if ever, do you need protection from Banner Shield while doing DPS if you have a Well of Radiance.
Though Sentinel(Banner or Bubble) is a nice thing to have in certain Menagerie encounters when your teammates aren't doing so well, and for certain bosses where outhealing the damage via a Well isn't possible(i.e. The Hunted, Wall of Deletion, Pagouri's little kamikaze death bots, etc.).
